Women Making a Difference – and You Can Too!
Company members of HAMILTON joined leaders from SHN in a panel to celebrate the many roles women play in the arts, both on-stage and off. Both HAMILTON and SHN have an extraordinary number of women in leadership roles who are responsible for making magic both onstage and behind-the-scenes. Celebrating International Women’s Day on March 8th, a few of our stars shared their personal career histories at a panel convened by Dress for Success San Francisco at Bloomingdale’s Westfield Center.
They spent the day coaching and mentoring Dress for Success clients about their experiences in the business of Theater and provided tips on how to thrive in the workplace. The panel also shared some stories about what happens behind the curtain at HAMILTON and SHN.
Following the panel, actress Sabrina Sloan (Angelica Schuyler) made one of Dress for Success’ clients dreams come true by helping her select a perfect ensemble suited for work. Thank you to Bloomingdale’s for their support.
